Vinegar, Peppers (Jalalpeno, Scotch Bonnet, Orange Habanero), water,

Batch- 6 is a blend of three hot pepper varieties, tangy and fruity
with a lasting heat. Exactly the same as batch 4 except we swapped
out the Trinidad Scorpions for Orange Habaneros. That swap took a
little heat out of the sauce and added a more fruity finish.

Peppers
Grounded or Whole
Not
all our peppers make it into sauces. We like to smoke our early to
ripen ones in our charcoal smoker. These peppers provide a portable
easy to use source of heat with a nice smokey flavor. Great for
mixing with other spices like Old Bay or J.O.s. Goes well with
Bloody Mary’s too. Basically anywhere you use hot spices this will
fit right in. Use with care,a little goes a long way, it’s quite spicy
stuff.
