Ingredients: Vinegar, Peppers(Smoked and Fermented Bhut Jolokia and Jalapeno blend), water, smoked hot pepper powder, salt.

Batch 3 is a milder blend that invites generous use, delivering flavor before heat. It opens with a gentle smokiness, evoking charred peppers and a hint of oak. The spice builds slowly, finishing with a warm, lingering tail that's more comforting than intense. Perfect for those who appreciate depth of flavor with just enough heat to keep things interesting.

Ingredients: Vinegar, Peppers (Fermented Scotch Bonnet, Jalapeno, Trinidad Scorpions), water, smoked hot pepper powder, salt.


A mild yet vibrant sauce that bursts with fruity brightness right from the start thanks to the distinctive Scotch Bonnet peppers. Sweet, tropical notes carry through the palate before settling into a gentle, lingering warmth that mirrors Batch 3’s smooth finish. Perfect for adding lively flavor without overpowering heat.

This Flavor Profile: Tangy, Sweet & Bold This one brings the heat. A vinegar-mustard base delivers sharp tang and sweetness before the spice hits hard. Perfect for BBQ, glazes, and lighting up pork or chicken.

This is the bold one. Bright tanginess from a vinegar-and-mustard base leads the charge, delivering a lively snap before the heat kicks in hard. Ingredients: Vinegar, Peppers (Jalalpeno, Scotch Bonnet, Orange Habanero), water, smoked hot pepper powder, salt

Batch- 6 is a blend of three hot pepper varieties, tangy and fruity with a lasting heat. Exactly the same as batch 4 except we swapped out the Trinidad Scorpions for Orange Habaneros. That swap took a little heat out of the sauce and added a more fruity finish.

A medium-heat sauce that balances bright acidity with just enough pepper to awaken the palate. The vinegar base brings a lively tang, making it a perfect complement to picnic potato salads and other dishes that benefit from a crisp, zesty finish.

2025Smoked Peppers

Grounded or Whole


Not all our peppers make it into sauces. We like to smoke our early to ripen ones in our charcoal smoker. These peppers provide a portable easy to use source of heat with a nice smokey flavor. Great for mixing with other spices like Old Bay or J.O.s. Goes well with Bloody Mary’s too. Basically anywhere you use hot spices this will fit right in. Use with care,a little goes a long way, it’s quite spicy stuff.
